Your pitch draws itself as a scrolling line over a grid of the notes in your key, with the note name and how many cents you are above or below it.

WHAT YOU SEE
- The note you are on right now, with a cents meter showing sharp or flat.
- A scrolling pitch trace, so you can see a held note waver, slip, or settle, and a run land on each step.
- A grid of the notes in your chosen key, in major or chromatic. Notes outside the scale can be dimmed or hidden, so you see at once when you leave the key. Seven more scales (minor, harmonic minor, pentatonic major and minor, Dorian, Mixolydian, Phrygian) come with Monitor Pro.
- A HOLD indicator when you keep a note steady. Vibrato shows as small, even dips in the trace.

HOW IT WORKS
Tap once and sing or play. Detection runs on your device. Three detectors are free: McLeod (the default), YIN and autocorrelation. Monitor Pro adds CREPE, an AI pitch detector built for real voices, and SwiftF0. Audio never leaves your phone.
WHAT IT IS NOT
It does not play reference tones or backing tracks, score your singing, test your vocal range, or record and replay takes. It is a mirror for your pitch, nothing more, and it is fast because of that.

Two minutes of monitoring are free every day, with the major and chromatic grids and three detectors. Monitor Pro is unlimited monitoring, seven more scales and AI detection: $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time in Settings on your device.
