I paid for the year membership which luckily wasn’t very expensive, but it doesn’t work at all how I expected. The “blur bubbles” that are supposed to capture faces just pop up all over the screen if the faces are not completely still…which they never are. Until this app gets some major updates I would not spend any money on it.

An update is already live that focuses on face tracking and censor stability, which have been substantially improved, so the bubbles should behave far better on moving faces than they did in the version you tried.If you update and it still doesn't hold up on your footage, please write to me at contact@pinnedapps.com and tell me about the scenario you're shooting, so we can continue make more improvements

Purchased the monthly subscription but it wont let me export the video after it finishes analyzing it.

Sorry about this, two things that often clear it up: open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, which re-syncs the subscription if it didn't register on this device. If the export still won't go through, try the share button (the arrow next to Export) instead of saving — if that one works, it's a Photos permission issue, fixable in iOS Settings → Privacy → Photos → Deface.If neither helps, please email us at contact@pinnedapps.com with what you see when you try to export.
