Draft replies written for you, and a smarter briefing. • Drafts ready when you need them : EmailZap now auto-writes a   ready-to-send reply for emails that actually need one — replies,   decisions, recruiter notes, and quotes. Find them in Drafts Ready   at the top of your briefing, tweak if you like, and send in a tap.   Drafts appear only when you’re a direct recipient (never CC-only   or notifications) and respect your saved signature. • Sharper sorting : Login and security codes now land in Know so   they’re easy to find, and uncertain or low-signal mail stays out   of Act — your briefing shows what truly needs you. • Plus bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements.

A cleaner briefing, one place for pins, and smarter accounts. • Pinned, all in one place : Pinned emails from Act and Know now live in a single Pinned view, one tap from the top of your briefing. Your Act/Know counts now reflect only what's actually waiting on you. • Pin with a swipe : Pin is now a swipe action on briefing cards, so parking an email for later is one gesture. Block has moved into the card's ••• menu. • One consistent email view : Opening an email now gives every user the same redesigned detail screen, with the right primary action in context (Mark Done, Seen, or Restore) and reclassification that updates your lists instantly. • Mixed accounts : Use one inbox for both work and personal? AI reply drafts, reworked: • Drafts now write themselves live — watch your reply appear as it's written, instead of waiting for the whole thing. • The new draft sheet slides up over your email so the message stays in view while your reply is drafted. Minimize it anytime to keep the draft and come back to it later.
