Sleep Lock creates a hard bedtime boundary on your iPhone. Pick the apps that tempt you at night — social, games, news, anything — set your sleep window, and let iOS enforce what willpower can't. When bedtime starts, your selected apps are shielded using Apple's Screen Time framework.
