VERIFICATION & SAFETY
Every provider on the platform is verified. Upload your photo ID and required documentation through the in-app verification flow — our team typically reviews within 1–2 business days. Insurance certificates are required for all owners.
In-app messaging blocks phone numbers, emails, and social media sharing to keep all communication on platform. Report or block abusive renters in one tap; reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
PAYOUTS
Earnings deposit weekly on Wednesdays via Stripe to your linked bank account (free, 2–3 business days). Need it faster? Use Instant Payout for a 1.99% fee — funds arrive within 30 minutes.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
If a renter damages your boat, file a claim with photos within 48 hours of trip end. Our team reviews within 48 hours and captures the appropriate amount from the renter's security deposit, transferred directly to your Stripe account.
Splash Pro is operated by Splash Rides Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the Provider Agreement are accessible inside the app under Profile → Support → Legal.
