Passus puts today's training in the context of everything you've done before.
Whether it's your first run or your tenth year of training, Passus is built for one athlete — you. Connect Garmin (or Strava) and your history syncs in automatically. Then every workout is shown against your own past: your PRs, your typical paces, your interval sessions, side by side.
Five sports are first-class peers: running, cycling, pool swimming, open-water swimming, and triathlon.

AN HONEST MIRROR
Passus does not invent scores. No readiness number, no fitness score, no synthetic 0–100. If a number is on the screen, it came from data you actually logged — and every figure has a documented derivation. When the system filters or corrects anything, it tells you in a Data Quality panel. Nothing is silently changed.
NOT A COACH
Passus shows you the comparison and lets you decide what it means. No prescriptions, no "take a rest day," no nagging.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your data is yours. No ads, no trackers, no third-party analytics. Light, opt-in social (profiles and follows) exists if training partners overlap — the app is fully useful with zero friends connected. Delete your account, and your data is wiped.
Sign in with just your email — a 6-digit code, no password to remember.
