Clessira for iPhone and iPad is the companion to the Clessira time tracker on the Mac. It takes tracking where the Mac isn't: start, stop, backfill, fix — and watch live what's running. Sync goes through your own private iCloud. TRACK ON THE GO Start and stop activities with one tap. Pinned activities sit in their own section at the top, and you can create new ones right in the app. BACKFILL & FIX The meeting without a Mac, the call on the road: log past time ranges with activity, start, end and note. Tap an entry to change it, delete via swipe (with confirmation), rename activities — all on the device. LIVE SESSIONS WITH THE MAC Every device shows what the others are tracking: when a session runs on the Mac, your iPhone shows it as a card with the device name and a live counter — and vice versa. Forgotten sessions are caught: after a configurable threshold the app asks (pick an end time, keep running, or discard), and a notification ("Still tracking?") reminds you in time. INTERVAL REMINDERS If you want, your iPhone also asks at your interval what you're working on — as a notification, only within your working hours. Respond straight from the notification ("Continue" / "Stop") or tap it to backfill the gap since the last entry, pre-filled. While a session is running, it stays quiet. STATS Tap an activity for its hours: today, this week, this month, all time — including weekly-goal progress. APPLE WATCH The Watch app comes included: pinned activities show up as pills on your wrist, one tap starts or stops them. WORKING WITH THE MAC The Mac is the home base: timesheets with day/week/pivot/month, overtime balance, insights, CSV and script exports, automation, and the configuration of groups, colours and billing all live in the Mac app. iPhone, iPad and Watch are its extended arm — for capturing and fixing on the go. YOUR DATA All data lives locally on your device. No analytics, no telemetry, no account. Sync with your other devices runs exclusively through your own private iCloud and is optional. Versioned backups with restore right in the settings.
