• Back up and restore your data: export everything you've logged as a single JSON file from Settings, and import it on a new device. • Fixed: if you left the app open past midnight, the Today and History views would keep showing yesterday's date. They now refresh whenever the app comes back to the foreground or you switch tabs. • Today now shows the full date right under the "TODAY" header.
