Pay only for the document you need. • Out of documents on a property? Buy just the one you're preparing, in one tap, at the price the store shows. It's generated as soon as the purchase is confirmed. The Rental Pack (50 documents) is still offered alongside, cheaper per document. • Your first property stays free: no price and no lock appear while your 10 free documents are being activated. • After each document, you see how many free documents are left on that property, and what comes next. • If a payment went through but wasn't activated yet, the app activates it instead of charging you again. Fixes and stability: the document counter always shows the property you picked, and the app copes better with a slow network.

Set up a tenancy in one go. • After you add a long-term property, the next screen is the tenant: name, email, rent, lease start. Fill it in once and the property, the lease and your documents all know about it. You can skip it and add the tenant later. • Straight afterwards, the two documents that matter this month: this month's rent receipt — free, as always — and the lease for a new tenancy. • Your landlord details are now asked inside the first document you create, once, and saved to your profile for every document after it. No more half-filled documents and no more reminders on the dashboard. • "Needs attention" now sits at the top of the home screen, above everything else. Your deadlines come first. • Prices everywhere are the real App Store price for your country. No amount is shown until the store has given us one. • The tenant portal can now be bought directly from the shop, on the property you choose, instead of sending you elsewhere to do it. • When a document pack runs out, the message tells you what the pack costs before you tap. Fixed: a tenant added right after creating a property could end up unlinked from it. Documents can no longer be generated without your name and address on them.
