Previously on StillWatching… Season 1.0.13 is a big one. Here's your recap. NEW THIS SEASON • Now speaking 한국어, 中文 and العربية — the whole app and widgets, with Arabic running right to left. • Breaking news: a News section on show pages and an "In the news" rail on Home, in your language. • The sequel you didn't know you were waiting for: "Next in the franchise" on Home picks the next film in every series you've started. • Rate without the detour: long-press any poster and give it 1–10. • A Media rail of images on show and movie pages — tap one for a fullscreen gallery. • Widgets that do their own homework: Up Next and Airing Soon refresh themselves and roll over at midnight. • Turn your iPhone sideways — landscape is now in the lineup. PLOT IMPROVEMENTS • Home rails show what's streaming in your country, not just the US. • Hidden Gems stay hidden: no more shows you already have in your list. • Tag, network and cast lists now look like Discover, and Back keeps your place. • Your Watchlist sort stays put between launches. BLOOPERS, CUT • Unreleased movies no longer say "Released" or offer Mark Watched. No time travel. • A season with just one episode isn't billed as the finale anymore. • No more clipped year and rating rows on iPad and poster rails, or cut-off pickers in landscape.

• Now showing on iPad: a sidebar tab bar, two-column show and movie pages, a multi-column Continue queue, and titles that open right beside your list. • Seasons with episodes to go now wear a little "4 left" pill, so a missed episode mid-show can't hide. • Sort Continue alphabetically — it remembers your pick. • Finish a season and the show page opens on the next one. Titles stay readable over even the brightest key art. • Marking episodes watched works no matter how big your library is, and the comment box stays open on episodes you've watched.

• Now streaming in Italian, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese — and titles, synopses and episode names follow your language on every title page. • On iOS 27, long lists tuck the nav bar away as you scroll, so more of your shows fit on screen, and Share stays one tap away on every title. • Continue Watching and Airing Next load fast the moment the app opens, and a stale "up next" row can't outlive fresh data anymore. • A title page that fails to load now has a Retry button. Episode pages from the Continue rail show your watched state instantly, no "Checking…" flash.

• For You — a new Home rail with picks based on what you've rated, receipts included ("Because you rated…"). • Anime, leveled up: facts, watch order, and Japanese voice cast on title pages, plus an Anime This Season chart on Discover. • Swipe between episodes — flick left or right to page through a season, or pull down to dismiss. • Plus: Discover jumps back to the top on new searches, Show more shows up at every text size, and your shelves load faster.

Now showing: - Franchise pages. MCU, Bond and Wizarding World titles open the whole universe in release order, with your progress ticked off. - My Ratings gets its own opening credits: your stats, a tappable 1-10 distribution chart, and sorting by score, date or title. - Title pages now name the director, writer or creators, with the full cast and crew one tap away, plus vote counts and box office. - Discover: filter by minimum rating, sort by oldest or most voted, and posters that actually fit an iPad. - Airings more than a week out show a real date and countdown instead of a vague "Friday". - Fixes: watchlist rating sort works, saved-but-not-started titles get their own filter, unaired shows stop posing as ready to watch, and an accidental remove can be undone.

No more waiting through the previews: your Airing Next lineup now appears the instant you open the app, and fresh episodes load faster than ever. Fixed a crash when jumping to a show or movie from a long-press menu — the screen stays on. Long-running shows (looking at you, Naruto) now skip straight to the right next episode when you mark one watched — no accidental season-hopping.

Squashed a Watchlist crash and made the app tougher when your connection gets flaky — fewer blank screens, smoother watching.

Your watchlist now keeps pace with you. - Tap to mark an episode and we handle the rest: new shows join your list as Watching, the status pill flips the instant you tap, and finishing a show marks it Completed automatically. - Start a new season of something you'd wrapped? It slides right back into Watching — no manual bookkeeping. - Fixed a flicker where the Continue row would flip-flop between two different up-next lists.

Now available in Spanish, French, and German. Home Screen widgets look sharper on every wallpaper style. Bug fixes: show statuses, air dates, recommendations, and Discover filters. Bigger, side-by-side trending art on iPad.

• Search by vibe — filter Discover by tags like "time travel" or "dystopia," and stack a few to find titles that hit all of them. • Profile glow-up — freshly rated movies show their poster and title in My Ratings right away. • Swipe down on your watchlist to tuck the search keyboard away. • A few performance tweaks and bug fixes to make your experience even smoother. Thanks for still watching!

Pick up where you left off — for real this time. Continue Watching now queues the next episode after the one you actually watched, not the series premiere. Up Next widget: posters and hero art now display in full color on a tinted Home Screen, edge-to-edge on the small size. Discover filters by decade, matching the web app.

Still here? So are we. This update's worth staying tuned for: • Continue Watching now loads in a blink — no more buffering your patience. • Show details open faster, because nobody likes a slow burn. • Tap a notification and we'll cut straight to the right show. • Widget posters are back in full color on your Home Screen. Plot fixes: • No more marking episodes watched before they even air. No spoilers here. • Movies stay out of your TV queue — wrong genre, wrong lineup. • Sharper season checkmarks and an accidental swipe-to-rate, written off. That's a wrap.
