Fungal acne (the common name for Malassezia or pityrosporum folliculitis) reacts to specific ingredients: certain oils, fatty acids, fatty-acid esters, and polysorbate or fatty-alcohol compounds that Malassezia yeast can feed on. General "clean ingredient" scanners are not built around this and routinely miss the ones that matter.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
