OnCampus Update Summary We made several updates to improve the artist setup flow, advisor search experience, and Block Booking Blast functionality. 1. Patched the Block Booking Blast Request Flow We updated the Block Booking Blast feature so artist requests are properly submitted for admin review instead of failing with a generic error. The intended flow is now: Artist submits Block Booking Blast Request → Request is sent to Admin Dashboard → Admin reviews the request → Admin can manually send the blast to the targeted area/schools. This ensures artists can request a Block Booking Blast without it being sent automatically, giving OnCampus admin full control over approval and distribution. 2. Added Additional Event Types We added new event type/category options to expand what advisors can search for inside the app. New categories added: Drag Shows Mentalist Laser Tag Gaming T-Shirts Promo Items Caricatures These categories were added to both: Advisor Side: so advisors can search by these event types. Artist Side: so artists can select these categories when creating or editing a show. We also made sure Search All remains the final category option on the advisor search screen. 3. Enhanced Artist Profile Setup for Adding Shows We improved the artist onboarding flow so artists better understand that completing their main profile is only the first step. Since advisor search results display shows, not just artist profiles, artists are now prompted to add a show after completing their profile. Updates included: Added a prompt after artists save their profile encouraging them to add their first show. Updated dashboard language from confusing wording like “No Shows Yet” to clearer language around show listings. Made the Add Your First Show call-to-action more obvious. Clarified that artists need at least one show listing with category, pricing, videos, and details in order to appear in advisor searches. This should reduce confusion and help more artists complete the full setup process without needing manual follow-up.
