Worry Stone is a tactile pocket ritual for quiet moments. Rub a digital stone, feel haptic texture, choose from crafted stone surfaces, and keep private notes about moments you want to remember.
The app is designed around small, intentional use:
- A tactile stone surface with haptic feedback and subtle wear that builds over time.
- Ritual Planner for choosing a short local plan from your intent, time window, and energy.
- Guided breathing patterns with animated stone expansion and optional timers.
- Reflections with private moment notes, local trends, streaks, and stone history.
- Stone drawer with 20 hand-tuned stones across smooth, glossy, translucent, pitted, and beaded textures.
- Lore cards, giftable stone files, share cards, local backup/restore, widgets, and Live Activity support.
- Ambient sound options and daily reminders you can enable or leave off.
Everything is local-first. Your notes, history, settings, gifts, backups, and planner choices stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. The app does not require an account, location, camera, contacts, or a network connection for its main features.

Reflections — a quiet look back at your time with the stones. The moments you've captured are laid out on a simple 14-day chart, alongside a few gentle counts: days with a moment, your current streak, and roughly how long you've settled. You can search your past moments or filter them by stone, and see which stone you reach for most. Nothing is scored or shamed.
Daily reminder — an optional, gentle nudge once a day to take a quiet minute with your stone. Pick the time that suits you. It is a local notification scheduled on your device; nothing is sent from anywhere.
Backup and restore — gather everything Worry Stone keeps on your phone — your sessions, your captured moments, gifted stones, and your settings — into one small file. AirDrop it to a new phone or keep it in Files, then restore it whenever you like. It is plain, readable data that you choose to share. As always, nothing leaves your phone unless you send it.
