Log a haunt Halloween houses and event shows are in the catalog now, more than 450 of them across 55 parks: HalloWeekends, Halloween Haunt, Fright Fest, Knott's Scary Farm, SCarowinds, Halloween Horror Nights, Howl-O-Scream and more. They get their own group on the Track screen, titled with the park's own event name, and they count as visits rather than credits. A faster logging screen The screen you get after a ride leads with your times ridden on it. Plus and minus change the count, and tapping the number opens a keypad so you can set a total outright instead of tapping plus over and over to catch up on a ride you have been on for years. The number moves as you tap rather than waiting on the save. Rate a ride right after you ride it The rating slider is on the post-ride screen now, not only the ride page, and it is the same control in both places. If you rate a ride you have never logged, the app asks whether to add it to your times ridden. A rating that fails to save tells you and offers a retry instead of dropping it quietly. A clearer check-in setup Companions, dining plan and Follow Along each open as their own page instead of stacking sheets on top of each other, and the sheet no longer resizes underneath you as you move between them. It also tells you which trip of the year this one is. Collapse ride categories on Track Coasters, Other Rides and the Halloween group each fold away. You can download the day's timeline as a card to share, write a trip report in the browser, log a credit without running a timer, and import a credit list park by park. Also in this update Add a ride sits at the bottom of the Track list and says it covers experiences and defunct rides too. The park photo on a ride's Live Activity now matches the photo you picked for that park. The location prompt asks once, up front, instead of coming back a second time at the park.

The post-ride screen opens right away — It used to take about a second to appear after you stopped a wait. It now comes up immediately, with the ride, the time and the wait already filled in. Companions are the people you came with — After a ride, the names you can tag are the people you checked in with, most recently tagged first, and all of them show instead of only the first four. More is split into who is at the park with you and everyone else, so you can add someone who joined later in the day. Credits for closed rides no longer land on today — Logging a coaster that no longer operates saves it without a date, so it counts toward your credits without showing up on today's park day. Use Add date if you know when you rode it. Fewer taps to add a photo — The + in a ride or park gallery goes straight to Camera or Library instead of stopping at a placeholder first. Park photos you added now show up everywhere — A photo you uploaded was missing from your Activity day rows and the check-out screen, which made it look like the park had no photo at all. Clearer day summary — The tiles on a day show unique and total counts side by side instead of hiding one behind a tap, and longer labels no longer wrap. Check Out is a button — It was red text on the card, which read as a label. It now matches the green Check In it replaces. Fixes — Switching parks could keep showing the previous park's rides. The Got on button no longer shifts as the wait ticks past ten minutes. The check-out stats no longer look clipped while they load. The sort control on the coasters list is quieter, and only highlights once you change it. Also in 2.0 — Auto Ride can tell when you boarded a coaster and offer to log it. Live is one feed of people instead of a list of rides. Checking in gives you a park day card with time at the park, rides today and new credits. You can add park photos, hide rides you do not care about, manage what you submit, and see a notice in the app when wait times are down.

Auto Ride Turn - it on in Settings and the app can tell when you boarded a coaster from the motion of the ride itself, then offers to log it for you. You confirm before anything is saved. Coasters only for now, and the raw motion data never leaves your iPhone. Live Feed - The Live tab used to be a list of rides you opened one at a time. It is a single stream now, newest first, mixing people still in line with people who just got off. Each post shows who, which ride, how long ago, and what they waited compared to what the park posted. You can still group by ride, or sort by which rides are busiest. A real park day card - The check-in pill on Track is now a card. Before you check in it shows the date, the park's hours, and the button. Once you are checked in that same card becomes your visit, with time at the park, rides today, and new credits. Parks with photos show one at the top. Park photos - Tap a park's photo to see it full size. If a park does not have one yet, you can add it. Hide rides - "Hide this ride" at the bottom of any ride page takes it out of the Track list. Nothing is deleted. Your credits, stats and history are unchanged, and a Hidden section at the bottom of the list brings anything back. Manage what you submit - You can now delete a ride you added while it is still pending, or after it was turned down. Settings > Issues and Requests has a new Your Submissions section listing anything of yours that was not accepted, with the reason. Duplicate check when you add a park or ride - Adding a park or ride now searches the catalog first and shows you close matches before you send it. It does not stop you, since parks really do share names. Meal logging without a dining plan - The meal button is always on the Track screen now, whether or not you have a dining plan and whether or not you are checked in. It is not necessary that you have a meal plan to now log a meal. What’s New - A popup will now appear with what has been updated to inform you of what is new in this update. Also in this update - The sort bar above the ride list is simpler: Wait, Name, Nearby. Check Out is red so it is not mistaken for Check In. Park names no longer go blank across the Activity tab on a cold start. The Ratings screen now counts a coaster you rated but never rode. Wait history says "No data" instead of "Closed" when the park never reported a time. Ride wait Live Activities no longer leave a timer running overnight or stack up duplicates.

Each park now shows its own skip-the-line pass name instead of "Fast Lane" everywhere. Parks that don't sell a paid pass no longer show the option at all. The Activity tab was rebuilt to match the website. Park and period filters sit in a card at the top, your lifetime numbers show in a four-stat grid that follows whatever filter is active, and the day cards are more compact. In a day's timeline, the posted and skip-the-line wait values now read as secondary information so your own waited time stands out. Logging a ride with the green plus also records the posted skip-the-line wait, so that column fills in more often. On the Track tab, the log-a-ride card now has a red minus next to the green plus, so you can take back a ride you logged by mistake. If you don't have a dining plan set, there's now a "Log a Meal" button while you're checked in, so meals still show up on your day and in Follow Along. Steps from Apple Health are back. If you give the app permission, your step count for the day shows in your checkout summary and at the top of a day's timeline. Steps are read on your device and are never uploaded. Settings has a new "Issues and Requests" section. You can see every report and feature request you've submitted, submit a new one from there, and read the reply when we answer. On a ride's detail screen, the wait card column headers now have a chevron so it's clear you can tap them to open the wait history. Fixes: - Park arrival notifications work correctly again. If you chose "Allow While Using the App," Settings used to say "Always" and arrivals never fired. Settings now reports your real permission level, warns you when Precise Location is off, and offers a way to finish setup. - Posted wait times no longer disappear a second after you log a ride without using the timer. - Follow Along links now update correctly when you check out and immediately open the link. - The app icon shows in the Dynamic Island again when another app is also using it.

Activity and stats - The Activity tab now opens with a summary band showing your lifetime ride, park, and day counts. - New park visit drill-down. Tap through by year, month, and date to reach any single day. Day timeline - Redesigned the day detail timeline with a cleaner layout: a quiet vertical rail, clear time chips, and your actual wait, posted wait, and Fast Lane numbers shown in a readable order. Live - The Live tab now follows the park you have selected on the Track tab, so there is no separate picker to keep in sync. - Live always shows the full ride list for a park, even when no one is in line. - Renamed Live Share to Follow Along, so it is no longer confused with the Live tab. It works the same way: send a link and people can follow your day as it happens. - Live visibility is now a simple on and off switch. When it is on, you choose to appear anonymously or with your username. When it is off, other people cannot see you and you cannot see them. Track - Added a collapsible Defunct Rides section under Add a ride, so closed rides are easy to find without cluttering the list. - You can log credits on defunct rides with a quick plus button and a short editor. - The park you are currently at is pinned to the top of the Choose Park sheet. Importing your data - Importing your ride history now brings in every attraction you rode and matches rides to the correct park more reliably. Fixes - You should no longer be signed out unexpectedly. The app now keeps you signed in through brief network drops and only signs you out when you choose to. - Live Activity lock screen counts now stay pinned to the park you checked in to. - Editing a ride's time now updates its saved posted wait to match the new time.
