I was playing the game until about four in the morning. They started me off with a loyalty first timers. I made it up to 50 or $60. I tried to redeem it. It said I had to be a bronze member not knowing what bronze is. I deposited $20 that made my whole balance 80. I tried to withdraw the $50. It said I had to deposit $30 in order to get $50 out. That was so devastating because I really thought this was a great platform.

Some people give , some take. I will choose to give you your time wasted on this game. It requires a 50$ deposit first. Or after seeing the developers comment, I contacted support. Support states “You are required to recharge $50 in order to upgrade your VIP level and permanently unlock the redemption function. Once the recharge is completed, your account will automatically reflect the new VIP status, and you will gain full access to the redemption feature without any further restrictions.” Furthermore, support adds or ads, “you need to reach the SILVER level to unlock the ability to withdraw your winnings at any time, without restrictions.”

Okay I started playing and went to cash out and it said that I have to make any deposit of any amount and I could cash out so I made a deposit now it’s saying that I have to make another deposit I won $73 they are saying that I need to make a deposit in the amount of $50 so I can basically withdraw $50 of the $73 that I won!!! How stupid does that sound??? So I’m actually not winning a thing they don’t put that front and center cause if they did wouldn’t nobody play their game!!!! They must be stopped!!!

I won $75 it will not allow me to redeem. Even tho it claims to redeem at any rate. Must upgrade to silver. I will play till they pay. If I have to wait until I win upgrade stats if I have to pay! Iam out. They did give me a $10 SC bonus
