Weft: AI Scrumban Board
Sprints for founders and teams
Free · In‑App Purchases
Weft is a Scrumban task manager for solo founders and small makers — one board, your sprints, and an AI assistant that can actually drive them.
WEAVE WORK THAT SHIPS
Jira is too heavy. A sticky note is too thin. Weft sits in between: a kanban board with columns you control (Backlog, Todo, Doing, Done by default), time-boxed sprints when you need a deadline, and tasks with priority, due dates, and estimates.
RUN IT WITH YOUR AI
Weft exposes a single MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint. Point any MCP-compatible client at it — Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini CLI — and your AI can read your board, create tasks, move cards, and close sprints directly. You stay in flow. The board keeps up.
WHY SCRUMBAN
Scrum gives you sprints, structure, a cadence. Kanban gives you flow, WIP limits, continuous delivery. Scrumban takes both and drops the ceremonies you don't need when there's one person — or three — on the team.
OFFLINE-FIRST ON MOBILE
Drag, drop, and create tasks on a train, a plane, or a plane without wifi. Weft queues changes locally and syncs cleanly the moment you're back online — no lost edits.

THE NAME
In weaving, the warp is the frame — the structure that never moves. The weft is the thread that runs across, binding each row. Every task is a weft thread; your workflow is the warp. Shuttle moves the thread. That's Weft.
FOR WHOM
If you build something alone or with a tiny team — an indie product, a side project, a first-year startup — Weft is built for you. Not for a 200-person org. Not for the meeting-industrial complex.
