Keep your vial details, dose history, injection sites, and schedules in one place. Enter your vial amount and the volume of liquid added to calculate its concentration. For an amount you enter, Vial shows the corresponding U-100 syringe units and a visual fill level. Save your vial details for future entries. Log your compound, amount, injection site, and time. Reuse your last logged amount to save time. The interactive 3D body map lets you mark an exact location and highlights your most recent site in a distinct color. Create daily, weekday, interval, or on/off schedules. Open the log form, snooze a reminder, or skip an entry from a notification. Reminders clear when you log the matching dose, and your history shows which scheduled entries you logged, missed, or skipped. Track remaining amounts, cost per mg, and estimated days of supply. Get low-stock alerts and manage pens, oral, nasal, and topical formats alongside vials. View available half-life information and estimated concentration curves. View weight, HRV, resting heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep from Apple Health alongside your dose history. Record daily check-ins for mood, energy, and sleep quality, and keep a log of side effects. Save progress photos and browse them by date. Record bloodwork with values, units, and reference ranges, then chart individual markers over time. Export your dose history, side effects, bloodwork, and check-ins as a PDF for a selected date range. Bring it to an appointment or keep a copy for your records. Your log is stored on your device.
