Scan the QR code shown on the till and this device keeps taking orders over the local network — through an outage, a dead router, or a bad mobile signal. Everything syncs back the moment the connection returns. • Switch hubs without a reinstall. "Connect to a different hub" now opens correctly on Android; previously the button did nothing. • Clear answers instead of silent failures. When an order can't be placed, the app tells you why — your shift isn't open, the item is on the stop list, you're outside the restaurant — instead of just refusing. • Table fees are shown before you confirm, so the total on screen is the total the guest pays. • Automatic updates. The app now checks for and applies updates on its own, so a device can't be left months behind. • Faster sign-in. QR orders from your tables • A guest who orders from the QR menu now sends the cart straight to you. It shows up in a "QR orders to confirm" list on the Tables screen. • See the whole cart before you decide — items, modifiers, comments and total. • Confirm or reject with one tap. • A push notification reaches you the moment a guest at your table sends an order, even with the app closed. • The list stays live: if a colleague or the POS handled the order first, it clears itself and tells you why. Plus a faster, more reliable connection to the Restorator cloud.

Version 1.0.0 Restorator Waiter reaches 1.0 with the release that makes the floor tools dependable end to end. NEW - Answer guest calls from the floor plan. When a table scans its QR code and asks for a waiter, the call now appears on the tables screen and can be claimed with one tap, so the first waiter to take it is the one who goes. - Reliable push notifications on Android. Orders marked ready and payments taken now reach the phone even when the app is closed. IMPROVED - Stop list now counts. A product limited to a remaining quantity stops exactly at that quantity: the tile greys out when the last portion is in a cart, and the app tells you why instead of ignoring the tap. Weighed products can be limited too, down to fractions of a kilogram. - Service fee follows the branch. Your restaurant's configured percentage is applied to new orders automatically. Staff can still switch it off per order, and existing bills keep the percentage they were created with. - Notifications list: timestamps display correctly, and marking notifications read now sticks — the unread badge clears and stays cleared instead of coming back on the next launch. FIXED - Notification times no longer show as invalid text. - The cart's quantity buttons respect stock limits, not only the product grid. - Real-time updates keep working after a long session instead of quietly stopping until the app was restarted.
