ShopPause
Pause before you buy
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
From Impulse to Intention.
ShopPause is a calmer way to shop. When you feel the urge to buy something, you do not buy it... yet. You add it here and let it sit for a while. Most urges quiet down on their own, and what is left is what you actually want.
How it works
- See something you want? Add it in seconds. Paste a link and we fill in the details for you.
- Set a waiting period and let it pass. We send one gentle reminder when the time is up.
- Decide with a clear head: bring it home, or let it go and keep the saving.
What you get
- A running total of what you have saved by waiting
- A pause streak that rewards reflection, not spending
- Quiet milestones as your savings grow
- Goals, so what you save points at something that matters
- Honest insight into what triggers your urges and how often you hold back
- Reminders that reach you even when the app is closed, plus a weekly check-in
The idea is simple. Pause. Then choose. No shaming, no urgency, no clutter. Just a little space between wanting and buying, where better decisions live.
