This app is so new but already feels like the right thing to do.Free packs every day, UX/IP DESIGN improving, bug improvements, mainnet improvement and so much fun when you get more people involved. As things get hot Rip Rush will be that TCG Arena you’re gonna want to flock to, why haven’t you already???

1 StarI really wanted to enjoy this app, but the verification process completely ruined the experience. I pulled a card that I was excited to have shipped, but I couldn’t complete the proof-of-address verification.I provided my identity document and selfie without issue, but when it came to proof of address, the app rejected screenshots and expected a live photo of a bank statement or other document. I wasn’t comfortable sending an unredacted bank statement that exposes sensitive financial information like my account number just to receive a relatively inexpensive trading card.I tried working with support, and while they reset my verification, there wasn’t a practical solution that balanced privacy with their verification requirements.I understand the need for identity verification, but there should be a way to verify an address without requiring customers to expose unnecessary financial information. Until the verification process is improved, I can’t recommend using this app if you ever plan to have cards shipped.

In order to cash out or even have the cards shipped to you, you have to provide a video of yourself with a drivers license and proof of address. Very invasive and not comfortable sending a video of myself with ai deepfakes being so easy to create now. Not to mention it feels like the app was built by chatgpt. The experience was not smooth at all and in order to buy packs that aren’t the $5 packs, you have to buy multiple $5 packs which just makes you lose more money. Horrible experience

This apps customer service is non existent. You message and it acts like it’s linking you with someone… a week later you’re still on read. On top of they say they give you a daily tip but the clock for the free tip is forever ongoing so you wake up it says 11hours you check later it says to hours you check again it says 16hrs wth. Don’t waste you time and or money. Complete fraud app. I would be owed 22 free rips at this point but never got one. Trust this is not a good app!
