SetCue is a focused lifting target board for people who already know how to train.
Set up your split, starting weight, reps, schedule, and progression style. SetCue shows the target for today, keeps the math simple, and lets you record Done, Hard, or Missed without turning your workout into a logging chore.

• Customize your equipment: set your own bar weight, smallest plate, and dumbbell increment per unit (lb/kg). Today, the watch dashboard, and the lock-screen widget all use your gym's setup when suggesting plate loads.
• Fractional weights are now supported when entering a starting weight.
• Faster watch updates: edits to your plan now sync to the watch in a single coherent payload — no more brief flicker between save and sync.
• Tidier scheduling: assigning a split to a weekday automatically moves any other split off that day, keeping the week to one split per day.
