メンタルヘルス・マネジメント検定(I種・II種・III種)の出題範囲を、レッスン本文と4択演習で学ぶ学習アプリです。
■ レッスン(10分野)
試験制度、セルフケア、ラインケア、職場環境改善、産業保健、法令制度、休職復職、ハラスメント、教育研修、組織施策。各レッスンは6つの節で要点を解説し、参考にした公的資料(厚生労働省「労働者の心の健康の保持増進のための指針」「心の健康問題により休業した労働者の職場復帰支援の手引き」、労働安全衛生法・労働契約法、大阪商工会議所の受験案内など)を示します。
■ 分野別演習
10分野510問のオリジナル4択問題。答えるとすぐに正誤と解説が表示されます。分野を選んで解けます。
■ 合格トレーニング・苦手復習(プレミアム)
未回答の問題を優先する10問テストと、間違えた問題だけを解き直す復習モード。
■ 学習ガイド
学習の順番や用語の違いを、レッスン本文から端末内で引いて表示します。プレミアムでは自由に質問でき、同意した場合に限り、定型の質問を外部AI(Google Gemini)に送って回答を作成します。個別の診断・治療・服薬の判断や、職場の労務相談には対応していません。
