Each day you open the app and find one page. Today's salutation, the arc of
time remaining until midnight, and one brief practice for today. Something
concrete: a call you didn't make, a short nap, twenty minutes outside without
your phone. You do it or you don't. If you do, it stays in your margin.
Your horizon shows the Sundays you have left according to the official actuarial
tables from the United Nations. Spain and the United States available at launch.
