Seating takes up less space. The event page only shows seating when the event has tables, and you can still set it up under the tools. Plus a number of smaller improvements.

Plan the seating for an event directly in Connect, from the room layout to each guest’s place. New • Add tables, set their shape and capacity, arrange them in the room, and upload a floor-plan image. • Create and edit zones, move tables, and set table reservations. • Enable guest seating for one event and configure its selection rules, group size, deadlines and reveal time. • Preview whether a group fits before placing it, move individual guests, and link groups. • Announce or lock the plan, hide it again, and export table or guest lists. Each room, plan and setting belongs only to its selected event.

Coordinate seating with your team, reserve tables and lock the plan when it is ready. Review VAT summaries and membership withdrawal requests, and see free wardrobe benefits at check-in. Manage staff access and membership payments with clearer controls in Connect.

Seating plans come to the app. Announce the plan when you're ready, read your guests' notes, and see each guest's seat when you check them in at the door. Schedule changes ahead of time, like a new price or a release time, and cancel them if plans change. A checklist tells you when a sale is ready to open. Copy an event or bundle as a template, export checkout answers as CSV or Excel, and share a live guest list. The Dashboard now shows what needs you and how the week went.

Run sponsorships from your phone with the new deal room. See your festival QR codes and how often they are scanned. Bundles now have their own switch, separate from offers. The event wizard keeps member-only ticket types when you edit an event. Waitlisted RSVPs now show as waitlisted. Plus fixes and improvements throughout.

Commerce comes to Connect. Manage products, coupons and bundle buyers next to your tickets, and get notified when something needs you. Post stories and handle job posts straight from the app. Re-time coupon redemption windows from either surface, and see member growth at a glance. Live surfaces now hold steady through drags and dropped connections.

Bundle orders now show what the buyer actually chose. You can see each part on its own and mark it redeemed once it has been used. Products can be grouped into folders so the list stays manageable. Day passes are now redeemed one day at a time instead of all at once. Admins without a membership now sit alongside everyone else, so there is one place to look. Titles show photos, posts can be commented on and edited, and vouchers say what they actually grant.

Join settings now handle pages that require a membership, so what you pick in Connect is what people actually meet when they try to join. Around that sit steady improvements across the app, from running an event to the everyday screens you spend the most time in. Thanks for organising with us. Tell us what you need next.

• Ticket types now save when you create them in the app — including free tickets and tickets with unlimited quantity. • If something fails you're told right away, instead of the ticket quietly disappearing. • Push notifications work again.

Connect is now built for iPad and uses the whole screen. The app now speaks Danish, Spanish and Dutch. New here? A short tour shows you around the first time you open it. Fixed: you can now create events with special characters in the title.
