WHAT YOU GET
• Situation-based reminders — Choose what fits (late-night impulse, mixed signals, closure, and more). Each situation has its own deck of quotes so the message actually lands.
• Unsent text help — Paste the draft you almost sent. Get a short, grounded perspective on why it can stay unsent. Your drafts save on your device so you can come back when the urge spikes again.
• “I didn't text him” — Tap when you resisted. A little celebration, because not sending is the win.
• Another quote — Shuffle a new line in your situation.
• iPhone Home Screen widget — Keep your current reminder on the Home Screen. Medium widget (iOS 17+): shuffle quotes and log “I didn't text him” right from the widget. Small widget: your quote at a glance; tap to open the app. Quotes stay in sync when you return to the app.
• Private by design — No account. No ads. Your situation, quote progress, and unsent drafts stay on your phone unless you use the optional coach (see Privacy Policy).
