Check what your photos and videos reveal before you share them.
Metadata Remover helps you remove location, camera details, capture dates, and other hidden metadata from photos and supported videos. Review the detected information, create clean copies, then save or share them. Your originals stay unchanged.
• Review GPS, camera, date, and software metadata
• Clean several photos or videos in one batch
• Compare the original and cleaned copy
• See the result of metadata and image checks
• Share a text report of the checks, without filenames or the original metadata values
• Choose which clean copies to export
Photos and videos are processed on your iPhone and are not uploaded for cleaning. No account is required.
Metadata checks do not hide details visible in the image or heard in a video. Check the content itself before sharing. Some checks depend on the file format; the app shows when verification is unavailable.
Includes optional in-app purchases. See our privacy policy for information about analytics, purchase validation, and optional creator attribution.

Added stricter checks for damaged files and cleaned copies. Files that fail these checks cannot be exported.
