DX Pro Skin 2 / DX Pro Hair 2
DX Pro Skin 2 and DX Pro Hair 2 are the next-generation successors to DX Pro Skin and DX Pro Hair.
Due to a fundamental redesign of the underlying database architecture, the new apps are not
backward-compatible with the previous versions. Both versions will remain available to ensure
uninterrupted service for existing users during the transition period.
What's New in Version 2:
Reliability — No More Data Loss
All diagnostic sessions are saved in real time to a local on-device database. If the app closes unexpectedly
or the battery dies, users can resume exactly where they left off. A smart sync engine uploads data to the
cloud automatically once connectivity is restored, enabling full offline diagnostics.
Speed — Faster Analysis
A parallel background processing engine reduces wait time between image capture and AI analysis
results. Screen transition latency has been reduced by over 50% (from 200ms to 100ms), delivering a
noticeably smoother experience during client sessions.
Client History — Cloud-Backed and Portable
All diagnostic records, including images and reports, are stored in a standardized cloud format.
Reinstalling the app or switching devices does not result in data loss — full client history is restored
automatically.
Maintainability — Faster Support
Structured logging and error tracking allow the support team to diagnose and resolve field issues remotely
and more quickly.

Note to App Review Team:
This app (DX Pro Skin 2 / DX Pro Hair 2) is a new, standalone application and is not a duplicate of the
existing DX Pro Skin / DX Pro Hair apps currently live on the store.
The reason both versions coexist is that Version 2 uses a completely redesigned database schema that is
not compatible with Version 1 data. A forced migration would result in permanent data loss for existing
users. To protect existing users and allow a smooth voluntary transition, we are maintaining both apps
simultaneously during the migration period.
Version 2 offers the following substantive new functionality not present in Version 1:
• Local SQLite-based auto-save with session resume capability• Offline-first diagnostic mode with background cloud sync
• Standardized data schema enabling future cross-platform integrations
• 50%+ reduction in UI transition latency via parallel async processing
• Remote diagnostic logging and error tracking infrastructure
