Kcal Ledger 是一款為台灣飲食情境設計的飲食、運動與體態記錄 App。你可以用文字或照片快速記錄餐點與運動，AI 會協助估算熱量與三大營養素，確認後再儲存，讓每天記錄更快、更容易開始。
除了日常記錄，你也可以追蹤體重、體脂與目標變化，並查看每週、每月的整理與分析。報告不只幫你回顧數據，也會整理成更容易採取下一步的觀察重點。
Kcal Ledger 支援多種記錄方式：
- 文字輸入飲食與運動
- 拍照辨識餐點內容與份量
- 掃描營養標示
- 建立常用餐點，減少重複輸入
- 查看歷史紀錄與趨勢變化
你也可以選擇連結 Apple 健康，於裝置上讀取生日、生理性別、身高、體重與活動能量，用於預填個人資料、估算 TDEE 與同步活動消耗；不授權仍可正常使用。
資料保存方面，使用者的飲食、運動、體態與目標紀錄主要保存在裝置本機。使用分析或報告功能前，App 會顯示同意揭露；文字、照片、所選體態數值與完成要求所需的資料，會經後端代理轉送第三方處理服務，週／月報則會使用所選與比較期間的紀錄。另為了可靠交付，完整分析或報告結果可能在後端交付緩衝區保留最長約 48 小時。通過隱私篩選且符合條件的短篇飲食文字及完整可重用結果，可能進入不連結帳號、目前沒有固定自動到期時間的共用分析快取，以減少重複處理；由於快取不連結帳號，刪除帳號無法識別並移除特定快取項目。若你有需要，也可選擇手動備份到自己的 Google Drive。
