NEW: Play Puzzle mode Tap Play puzzle, pick Easy, Medium, or Hard, and the engine builds you a fresh chess puzzle on the spot. Play the position out against the engine until you convert the win or deliver mate. You will get some as White and some as Black, and the board flips to your side automatically. Solve one, then jump straight into the next. Every puzzle you finish is now saved to your game history, so you can revisit and replay it any time. While a new puzzle is being built, enjoy the little board that shuffles your pieces into place. Also in this update: - Fixed a bug where a piece could get stuck after a small drag, leaving the move hints frozen on the wrong square. - Polish and stability improvements.

GAME REVIEW Import any game by PGN or link, or pick one you played, and get a full move-by-move review: every move graded, an accuracy score per side, the best move shown square to square on the board, and plain-language coaching on what went wrong and why. PLAY FRIENDS ONLINE, FREE New ways to play a friend: send a game through any messenger with Play by Link (works with Android too), invite or auto-match on Game Center, or link a lichess account for live games. Local Wi-Fi and iMessage play are still here. FEN WALLET Save any position from a scan, a puzzle, a review, or paste, then play or check it later. - Free PRO rewards: earn months of PRO by winning a game, keeping a daily streak, finishing your daily goals, completing an achievement set, or playing a friend. Rewards stack, and the new Knight Rise PRO screen in Settings shows your status, days left, and history. - Play from any position: paste a FEN from the Play menu and play a custom setup against the computer, choosing your side and who moves first.

Knight Rise gets a major upgrade. - Smarter engine: a new neural-network evaluation makes the computer play noticeably stronger and more natural at every difficulty. - Live computer commentary: in games against the computer, your opponent now talks through the action with a line for every move. Cheeky on captures, gracious when you strike back, tense near checkmate. Available in English, Spanish, and French, with an on/off switch in Settings. - Better coaching: clearer, more accurate move explanations and analysis, now fully translated in English, Spanish, and French. - Polish and fixes: corrected the daily puzzle side-to-move indicator, plus assorted refinements.
