Mid-session the question is usually what's free and what you brought, not which muscle. FOUR MONTHS OF TURNING UP The consistency grid is shaded by how much you did, not just whether you showed up, with the months labelled and your streak, days trained and best run above it. PHOTO MEAL SCANNING IS FIXED It failed on most phones for several weeks: a size limit on the upload path that every high-resolution camera tripped. Photos are now resized before they leave the phone. If you tried it and gave up, it works now.
