When you hand back the keys, the conversation about your security deposit shouldn't be a memory contest. Roomprint helps you walk through your rental and produce a tidy, signed PDF — with timestamped photos, optional video walkthroughs, and a tamper-evident fingerprint on every image — that you can send the day you move in (and bring back out the day you leave).
— What you can do —
Photograph every room. Walls, floors, fixtures, windows, every nail hole. Each photo gets a date, time, and address burned into the image at the moment it's taken, plus a SHA-256 fingerprint printed beside it in your PDF. Any later edit produces a different fingerprint — that's your tamper-evidence.
Record short walkthrough videos. Up to 30 seconds per room. Catch the things photos miss: a faucet that drips, a fridge motor that grinds, a window that won't close cleanly.
Sign as tenant, landlord, and witness. Three signature slots, captured with your finger or Apple Pencil, embedded in the exported PDF alongside the names and dates.
Compare move-in to move-out. When you start a move-out report, Roomprint can lay your move-in photos side-by-side with the new ones, so you only photograph what's changed. The PDF prints the prior condition right next to the current one.
Keep the paperwork. A per-property document vault for the lease, repair receipts, and screenshots of landlord messages. All searchable, all on your iPhone.
Export one PDF, share anywhere. Cover page, room-by-room sections, two-up photo grids, signature block. Send via Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or save to Files.
Back up to your own iCloud. A single .roomprint archive containing everything — photos, videos, documents, signatures, JSON metadata. Pick iCloud Drive (or Files, or AirDrop) in the share sheet. Roomprint itself never uploads anything.
Lock with Face ID. Optional biometric gate so the lease, receipts, and personal info inside the vault stay yours alone.
