Talkli is actually a really cool app if you want to get better at speaking without it feeling awkward or overly serious. I started using it to practice for interviews, but it’s also helped me feel more confident with regular conversations and speaking in general.The feedback is super helpful, and I like that you can practice at your own pace. It feels more like talking to a coach than using a boring training app. Definitely worth trying if you get nervous speaking, interviewing, or giving presentations.

Sharper coaching, in your language, and a lot more honest about what it knows. Talkli speaks eight languages. The whole app — coaching, drills, scores, reports — now runs in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean. Pick one under You → Language, or leave it on System. Your coach critiques the language you actually spoke in, and when a language has no curated analysis yet it coaches you on delivery — pace, fillers, energy — instead of guessing at your content. The Resume Optimizer reads real files. Upload a PDF, DOCX, RTF or TXT and get an ATS Compatibility Score across 14 rules, verb-first bullet rewrites, and a keyword match against a job description you paste in. Export the result as a clean PDF. Parsing runs on your phone — your resume text is never included in anything Talkli sends. Feedback between interview questions. Mock interview rounds now hand you your read — pace, fillers, length, score — after each answer instead of making you wait for the summary. Fixes worth naming: - Switching apps mid-session now ends the session and saves it, instead of leaving the microphone running in the background. Come back and your partial session is scored and waiting. - Session length is measured from the clock. Completed sessions used to record as 1 second, which quietly wrecked weekly reports, badges and portfolio pages. - If the End button's teardown fails, you can still leave the screen. Previously a failed stop could strand you in a live session with a dead control. - A session that captured no speech is no longer given a score. If we could not hear you, Talkli says so rather than reporting a number it did not measure. - The annual savings on the paywall is computed from the live store prices in your region, so the badge and the plan can no longer disagree. - The onboarding progress bar no longer runs backwards, it counts the steps your chosen track actually has, and the warm-up recording can be skipped. - A long list of contrast fixes — cards, panels and chips that were technically drawn and effectively invisible.
