Liftrix on Apple Watch. Start any timer on your wrist with big digits, haptic cues and live heart rate. Count rounds, move to the next station or finish from the watch, and your iPhone's Timer tab follows the same run. Saved runs go into your workout history and Apple Health, so they count toward your Activity rings. Choose where timers start from the chip on the Timer tab or in Profile > Settings > Watch. Repeating AMRAPs: Timer settings now has rounds and rest between rounds. Snap WOD's AMRAPs and EMOMs match the whiteboard, so "every 2:00" runs every 2:00. Fixed: finishing a timer while an empty workout was open logged the wrong start time and duration. Enjoying Liftrix? A rating on the App Store helps other athletes find it. Train together, log separately. One phone runs the timer for the group: open the workout, tap Share, and your training partners scan the QR code to add it to their own history with their own score and weights. See the muscles you trained. Insights now has Overview, Training and Body sections, with a body map of your week (month and year with Pro). One form for every workout. Logging after a timer now opens the full form: name, score, notes, exercises and timer details, the same as editing a workout. Deleted by mistake? Swipe a workout in your history to delete it, and Profile > Recently deleted keeps it for 30 days so you can restore it. Enjoying Liftrix? A rating on the App Store helps other athletes find it. Bar Path is here (New). Film a lift from the side, tap your plate, and see the bar's path, range of motion and reps for every lift. Pro adds bar speed, tempo, velocity-loss alerts and a shareable video with the path drawn in. Spot something off? Use Report a problem on any analysis. A fresh new look. Every screen has been redesigned: clearer timers, faster logging, new icons and illustrations, and better layouts in landscape. Also new: - Benchmark analytics (Pro): your race splits against Elite, Advanced and Strong standards, your weakest station and your finish-time trend. - Video overlay settings (Pro): remove the watermark, add interval splits, and record verified takes. - Snap WOD coaching tips are now saved with your WOD. - A completed timer now logs its exact time (a 12:00 AMRAP logs 12:00). - Training volume is counted the same way everywhere, without warm-up sets. - Faster, more reliable coach chat and workout generation. • Log past workouts — forgot to hit Finish? You can now add a completed workout after the fact, with the right date, exercises, sets, and notes. • Smarter finish — if a workout was left running for hours, Liftrix now asks how long it actually lasted so your logged time stays accurate.

• New: Tap "Finish" on the workout timer to log your session when you beat the clock — no more discarding a workout just because you finished early. • Your workout history, PRs, and programs now carry over automatically when you create an account after using the app as a guest. • More accurate workout durations and cleaner progress charts. • Performance and stability improvements.

Point your camera at the gym whiteboard and Liftrix reads the workout, auto-sets your timer, and gives you a personalized game plan based on your logged lifts. - Scan or type any WOD, edit it, and save it to "My WODs" for one-tap re-launch - AI coaching tailored to your experience, bodyweight, and PRs - Add your bodyweight in Preferences for sharper scaling
