## Why We Built WisCalc
I noticed many people start with small borrowing, but for many reasons, debt can snowball over time. In the end, some people are forced to live around daily repayment pressure, constantly borrowing from one place to repay another.
While personal financial habits are part of the story, many loan apps also hide important information. For example, some apps do not clearly list total repayment interest. They may only show an annualized rate, remaining principal, and current due interest. This can create a misleading impression, and the real total amount to be repaid may be much higher than it appears.
WisCalc is built to make the full repayment picture clear from the moment you create a loan. It calculates costs across the entire repayment cycle and shows principal and interest for each installment, as well as totals over the full loan period. Exported reports can list all loans, remaining principal, remaining interest, monthly repayment totals, and date-level repayment amounts.
