Choose how many days of warning you want and what time of day to be reminded. Everything stays on your device — nothing is sent anywhere. The new Insights tab turns your receipts into a clear picture of your spending: a month-by-month bar chart, your total and average receipt, your largest purchase, and a per-category breakdown — all from the amounts you already type in. You can now back up everything to a single file. Export all your records as one JSON file to keep in Files, email to yourself, or move to a new phone, then restore it later by merging it with what you have or replacing everything. As always, Receipt Roost is fully offline with no account, no ads, and no tracking, and records saved in earlier versions keep working.

Pick a store to auto-fill its standard return window, or set your own days and warranty months. Records show a clear countdown ("Closes in 5 days", "Warranty expires in 30 days"), and the new "Closing soon" panel surfaces anything closing within a week. Money totals that add up Amounts you type are now totaled automatically. The dashboard and Toolkit show your total tracked spend, your running tax-categorized total, and per-category subtotals - no spreadsheet needed. A real PDF packet A new paginated PDF "Accountant packet" export joins the existing CSV and plain-text exports. It includes a spending summary, per-category subtotals, your open deadlines, and every record with its return and warranty dates.
