AuthnTick is a secure, PKI-powered scanner for Visible Digital Seal (VDS)
QR codes. Instantly verify the authenticity of documents by scanning their
embedded QR codes.
KEY FEATURES
- Instant Scanning — Point your camera at any VDS QR code for real-time
verification.
- Certificate Verification — Validates the digital signature using trusted
X.509 certificates from a secure certificate bundle.
- Extract from Files — Upload PDFs, JPGs, or PNGs and automatically extract
and verify all embedded QR codes.
- Multi-Code Support — Swipe through multiple verification results when a
document contains more than one QR code.
- Verification History — All scans are saved locally. Review past
verifications anytime in the History tab.
- Offline Certificate Cache — Downloaded certificates are cached locally
for faster verification without repeated network requests.
- Certificate Details — View full X.509 certificate information including
subject, issuer, validity dates, and SHA-256 fingerprint.
HOW IT WORKS
AuthnTick uses Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology. Each QR code
contains a digitally signed payload. The app verifies the signature against
trusted certificates, confirming the document has not been tampered with.
This app does not collect or transmit any personal data.
