Cardio Adventure, rebuilt Three ways to train, picked from one screen. Build a session yourself from a library of bodyweight movements, each with an animated demo. Let your Gymal put one together from a duration and a difficulty. Or just set a timer, the way it always worked. The sessions you build are saved and waiting next time. Cardio grows your Gymal Time spent working now feeds AGL and HP, alternating between the two. Only the work counts: rest between sets is free, and it is not charged against your weekly cardio time either. Every movement explains itself Tap the question mark on any guided warm-up step or cardio movement for step-by-step instructions, the same ones the workout exercises have always had. Both timed screens also gained a pause button, and with AUTO-PLAY off they now wait for you between sets as well as after them. Gymal Pass Training now fills a reward track. Workouts, wins in Rivals, Cardio and the Steps Expedition all feed the Gymal Pass, and every reward you reach pays out Coins, XP, Arena Swords or a cosmetic: Avatars, Borders, Auras, Titles and the new Emotes. Some rewards are reserved for PRO and MAX, and the track keeps repeating after the last one. Open it from your Profile. Emotes Your Gymal now reacts. A speech bubble pops up above it on the home card, at the start of a battle, on a victory, during Cardio and when you finish a workout. Emotes are earned on the Gymal Pass. Choose which ones each moment can use under Appearance, and your Gymal picks one at random.

ELEMENTAL TRIALS The NPC trainers have left the Rivals tab for their own screen. Nine trainers, one per element, and each one evolves every time you beat him — from Lv 10 all the way to Lv 60, then endlessly at +10% stronger. Three tries a day per element, and beating the next stage gives them all back. Clear the same rung on all nine to earn a title. FIND AN OPPONENT Out of rivals to fight? Tap FIND AN OPPONENT and get matched against a random player close to your own power. Your existing rivals stay out of the draw, and you'll never face the same stranger twice in a row. ARENA SWORDS Attacking a rival now costs a sword. You hold up to 10, and one comes back every 20 minutes. In exchange, the limit of three attempts per rival per day is gone — keep attacking until you finally win. NPC trainers are still free, and you can refill with coins when you don't want to wait. BIGGER WINS, BIGGER REWARDS Victory rewards now depend on who you beat. Winning against someone at or above your own power pays the most; an easy win over a far weaker Gymal pays the least. Rivals on a long win streak are marked with a burning frame. SMARTWATCH & BAND SYNC Your daily step count can now include steps from a smartwatch or fitness band, not just your phone. Gymal reads the total from Apple Health, so steps you take while your phone sits on the desk still move your Steps Expedition and open its chests. Turn it on in Settings > Connections. Apple Watch steps sync automatically; other bands need step sharing switched on in their own app. ARENA CONSOLE The battle screen is now framed by a console along the top: each side shows the tamer — avatar, name and worn title — above their active Gymal's portrait, level, HP, attack and defense, leaving the arena floor to the fight. PROFILE, REDRAWN The Profile screen has been rebuilt around its artwork. Your avatar, name and worn title sit on a painted card that opens Appearance, and your lifetime totals read as a single clean grid.

Guided Warm-Up Before your first set, tap GUIDED WARM-UP in your session header for a quick 5-minute routine — ten simple bodyweight moves, no equipment at all. Each one runs for 30 seconds and can advance on its own, or you can take them at your own pace. It gets your body ready and helps prevent injuries. Choose Your Workout Length Pick 15, 30 or 60 minutes — or Unlimited — under Settings > Change Fitness Level, and every workout the app builds for you will fit that choice. A shorter pick means shorter rests and fewer sets, not just a shorter list. Your current program stays as it is until you rebuild it. Bigger Welcome Rewards Subscribing to PRO or MAX now hands over a much larger welcome bundle, including a Gymal expansion slot. Already subscribed? You get the difference automatically. Fairer Shop Prices Themes, skins, auras and avatar borders cost far fewer coins than before, so the things you have been saving for are finally within reach.

Auto-Battle is here. AUTO-BATTLE Your Gymals now fight mobs and clear endless stages on their own — even while the app is closed. Treasure fills as they win; claim it from the chest on the Gymals tab. STAGES LEADERBOARD Leaderboards now rank by auto-battle progress. The Gymal Count tab is replaced by Stages — your best beaten stage, on both the global and rivals boards. STREAK RESCUE Miss a single day and your streak isn't gone yet. You get 30 minutes to save it: do one exercise, finish a cardio adventure, or use a Streak Freeze. The timer pauses while you're training. LATE-NIGHT WORKOUTS A workout you start before midnight now stays on the day you began it. One session counts as one day, no matter which side of 00:00 you finish on. NOTHING EARNED GETS LOST Step chests you walked to but never opened are now paid out automatically, and a finished challenge you forgot to claim pays out before it's replaced. FRESH EVERY DAY The daily challenge shows how long until it rerolls, the weekly one refreshes whenever a new week begins, and everything rolls over on its own — even if you leave the app open past midnight. SIMPLER STEP SETUP Switching on all-day step tracking takes one tap, and the steps pill on Home now tells you when tracking is off instead of showing a flat zero. SEND HAPPINESS Tap the heart next to a rival's attack button to gift them 1 Happiness. It costs you nothing, once per rival per day — and when they open the app, a giant heart bursts open and names everyone who sent one. BATTLES REBUILT Turn meters fill with your Gymal's AGL and every attack plays out live, so faster Gymals strike more often. Attacks hit the DEF shield first — shatter it, then carve into HP. In team tag battles squads face off in Power order, and when a Gymal falls the next one tags in with survivors keeping their exact HP and DEF. Plus: every Gymal's size was recalibrated across the whole app, so idle and attack animations finally match.
