Unseen is an interactive playground that teaches developers how blind and low-vision users experience the apps we build. A simulated iPhone speaks every screen aloud, just like VoiceOver. When an app is broken, you hear the confusion. When you fix it, you hear it click into place. HOW IT WORKS Every lesson follows one loop: break it, understand it, fix it, hear the difference. You start with an app that VoiceOver reads badly. You change one thing on the screen. Then you listen again, and the gap between the two is the lesson. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN • Labels: give every control a name that actually means something. • Groups: turn scattered elements into one clear announcement. • Custom Actions: replace fiddly gestures with a simple menu. New features • Swipe through the iPhone screen to move between elements, just like real VoiceOver. • The focus ring keeps following elements as the screen scrolls. • Smoother, animated progress bar as you work through each lesson. Fixes & polish • Better support for Reduce Motion, with gentler transitions between steps. • Cleaner look in both light and dark mode. • The focus ring now clears properly when playback ends. • Improved spacing and layout on the lesson screens. • Audio stops correctly when you move to a new step.
