Daily Affirm puts one hand-written affirmation on the screen you look at most, and quietly rotates a fresh one in every day. 1,050 affirmations per language, 15 categories — everything offline, even on a plane.
Affirmation apps usually cost a recurring yearly fee. This one is a single one-time unlock. The free version is fully usable; unlocking removes the one banner ad, opens every theme and category, and lets you write affirmations of your own.
