welago puts the whole trip in one place: pick dates everyone can actually do, see who's booked
what, split the costs, and keep the plan somewhere nobody has to scroll back to find.

Send one link. Your crew opens the trip in their browser — no app, no account, no sign-up. The
people who never install anything are usually the reason group planning stalls. Now they don't
have to.
FIND DATES THAT ACTUALLY WORK
Everyone adds the dates they're free. welago works out the overlapping windows, filters them by
how long the trip is and which day you'd rather start, and shows you who's available for each
one. Lock in the winner or put it to a vote.
EVERYONE'S TRAVEL ON ONE SCREEN
Flights, hotels and rental cars for the whole crew in a single view. See who's on your flight and
who's at your hotel without asking. Forward a confirmation email or paste a screenshot and the
details fill themselves in — airline, flight number, times, seat, confirmation code. Add it all
to Apple Wallet, and check live flight status on the day.
DECIDE THINGS TOGETHER
Start a discussion on anything — where to go, where to eat, what to do. Run a poll, let the crew
vote, lock in the answer. Ask the AI assistant for ideas when nobody has one, or ask it something
about your own trip, like what time everyone lands on Friday.
SPLIT THE COSTS WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET
Add an expense, choose who it's split between, and welago tracks who owes who. Photograph a
receipt or upload one and the amount, date and category fill themselves in.
SHARE THE ITINERARY
One tap sends everyone a clean daily plan with their own travel details, the crew's contact
numbers and the addresses they'll need — as a link or a printable PDF.

welago is a trip planning and coordination platform. welago does not provide travel booking,
reservation, lodging or transportation services. Bookings are completed through third-party
travel partners.
Where you're staying no longer has to be a hotel. Add an Airbnb, a rental, or a friend's spare room — pick the type and the whole section adapts around it, down to the confirmation number and who else is staying there. A place entered with only an address now shows up everywhere it should, and Directions takes you to the door instead of searching for a business by name.
PICKING DATES IS FASTER
The date panel leads with the answer now — the windows that actually work for your crew — instead of making you scroll past the setup to find them. Date pickers know what they're for, so a trip calendar opens on your trip and a flight picker opens on the day you fly. Editing a trip shows the dates you already chose rather than an empty calendar.
TRAVEL THAT CHECKS ITSELF
welago warns you when a flight or a hotel booking falls outside the trip dates — the kind of mistake nobody catches until the day. Flight dates and times now agree across every screen they appear on.
SHARED ITINERARIES CAN INCLUDE CONTACTS
Add phone numbers and emergency contacts to the itinerary you send out. Both are off by default, and anyone who limited their details to the organizer stays private.

- The header slides out of the way as you scroll, so there's more trip on screen
- Closed discussions no longer accept new comments
- The help and notification panels open properly instead of as a sliver at the top
- Trip nicknames show in the note-sharing dialog
