HOW IT WORKS
1. COMMIT — Pick the days you train each week and choose the apps to put on the line.
2. PROVE IT — On every committed day, verify your workout with a gym selfie (checked by AI) or by syncing a workout from Apple Health.
3. FACE THE CONSEQUENCE — Miss a day, and your selected social apps are blocked. There are only two ways out:
- Walk it off — hit 10,000 steps, tracked by Apple Health
- Own it — send an accountability text to the friends you chose as your buddies
That's it. Train, or your phone gets boring.

GymProof's features, including app blocking, workout verification, and accountability texts, require an auto-renewing GymProof Pro subscription:
- Weekly — US $4.99 per week
- Monthly — US $9.99 per month
- Yearly — US $44.99 per year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
