Salesteq 1.1.11. Hold the status button for a breather: the screen goes dark, a warm light breathes with you, four seconds in, seven out, and the phone hums softly with it. Let go, it carries on; tap to return. Away can end by itself: choose 10 or 30 minutes and the switch flips back on its own. In a rush of messages your phone settles to a soft tick instead of buzzing for each one. Today shows your own pace. Swipe between Today and Inbox. Pull down to refresh the chat list works again.

Salesteq 1.1.10. Your status is now one tap away: the round button in the middle of the bottom bar switches you between Available and Away, and your team and your company see it at once. Chats stay current: the app reconnects by itself after a network change or when you come back to it, and you can pull up past the newest message to check for new ones. Your phone now buzzes when a customer writes on your chat and when a chat is handed to you, and on Android those notifications pop up. Plus a new opening, and feedback you can feel on every button.

Salesteq 1.1.9. New filter: No reply yet shows the open chats where the customer wrote last, on any tab. The filters are now small icons that fit without scrolling, and a line under them says what is filtered and how many chats match. Tab counts no longer push the tabs around. Where your company's own system sets chat owners, the Away switch is gone: nobody is routed chats there, so there is nothing to be away from.

Salesteq 1.1.8. Every chat in the list shows who is handling it now, with their picture and name. Inside a chat, the customer and your teammates appear with their full name and picture. The Waiting tab is gone: your chats are in Mine, the whole team's in Team. Where your company's own system sets chat owners, the app no longer offers assigning or taking over a teammate's chat.

Salesteq 1.1.7. A document a customer sends now shows its file name and size in the chat, and a PDF shows its first page right in the conversation. Tap either to open the whole file. Every message now shows its date next to the time (21/10 16:38).

Salesteq 1.1.6. No Google or Microsoft account? Sign in with a code sent to your work email. Any code from the last ten minutes works, and the app tells you plainly if too many were asked for.

Salesteq 1.1.5. Internal notes now save: the Add button was missing from the note sheet. Note now sits next to Brief at the top of a chat, no swipe needed. Send a PDF to a customer on WhatsApp right from the chat. A cleaner attach button. The call back and save buttons on call cards show properly.

Salesteq 1.1.4. Calls with a customer now appear in their chat: who called, when and for how long, what was said in the customer's own language, and the recording. Confirm how the call ended and rate it in one tap. Unanswered tries fold into one line, and a line marks what is new since you last looked. Send several photos at once, up to ten, in the order you choose. Reply to a specific WhatsApp message and react with an emoji, as in WhatsApp. Full names everywhere, so two teammates called Abdullah are no longer confused. Internal notes keep their spaces and line breaks, and Arabic notes read from the right.

Salesteq 1.1.3. Send a video on WhatsApp, recorded or from your library, and it plays like a photo. Type a number and see who it is in your CRM: name, car, stage and owner. Take over, assign and close happen instantly, and closing has Undo. The inbox keeps your place when you switch tabs and stays readable offline. Your picture shows green when available, amber when away. Clearer messages when something fails, bigger buttons, better haptics. The team panel no longer closes on opening.

Salesteq 1.1.2. Record a voice message and send it to the customer on WhatsApp. Filter the inbox by teammate, by date, and by sales or service, with the number of chats it matches. Templates come in one list per language, with the ones your team sends most at the top, and when WhatsApp holds back a template the app says why and what still reaches the customer. Internal notes are back, with a photo or a PDF, and can be edited or deleted. Snooze until a time you choose. See your team: who is online, who is away, and the chats each one holds. Start a conversation by typing a phone number in search.

Salesteq 1.1.1. The inbox tabs now match the web: AI, Mine, Waiting, Team and Done. Waiting lists every customer who wrote last and is waiting on a reply. A tab's count and its list always agree. Search looks across every tab. The inbox shows your sales conversations, as on the web. A conversation held by someone who has left your team can be taken over.

Salesteq 1.1.0. Tapping a notification now opens that conversation, also from the lock screen. Message times show in your own time zone. Every teammate is reachable in the Assign sheet, with search on larger teams.

Salesteq 1.0.3. Tap a customer's name in a conversation to see who they are and how to reach them. Call, open WhatsApp or copy the number, write an email, and see their earlier chats and calls, the car they asked about and, when your CRM knows them, their vehicles and appointments.

Salesteq 1.0.2. What the customer sends now opens in the thread. A PDF, a voice note, a video or a shared link shows as a card that opens in one tap. A photo shows in the conversation and opens full screen. The inbox says what arrived: Document, Photo, Voice message.
