Reliability fixes for long meetings. If a phone call interrupts a recording, the app now rebuilds the microphone connection properly. If no audio is coming in, you see it on screen right away instead of finding out afterwards. Audio waiting to be transcribed no longer gets stuck in the queue, and a warning appears during the meeting if uploads fall behind. Sensitive meeting: names are now put back correctly even when they come back in a different letter case. Re-transcribing now warns you before it replaces minutes you have edited by hand. You can remove names from the list in Settings with Edit or by swiping a row.

Sensitive meeting (Pro): names, ID numbers, phone numbers, emails and bank account numbers are found in the text on your device and replaced with pseudonyms before anything is sent for processing. Your device puts the real details back into the finished minutes. Minutes for AI (Pro): share the minutes with sensitive information replaced. The key stays on your device. Interface language changes now apply to every screen at once. Smaller fixes and improvements.

• iCloud sync now works. Your meetings, minutes, transcripts and tasks sync between iPhone and iPad, and Settings shows the real sync status. • Calendar data stays on your device. The meeting title and attendee names taken from your calendar are no longer sent to the AI. The participant list is still filled in from the calendar, on the device. • Templates: the format you ask for out loud during the recording wins. Regenerating keeps the template you chose, the template in use is shown above the minutes, and section headers now differ by template in the app and in every export. Formatting instructions you say aloud no longer end up in the minutes themselves. • Extra minutes you buy are credited to your Cloud account even if the app quits right after the purchase. • Smaller fixes: the missing-audio warning is more accurate, task status and due dates survive regeneration and reach Apple Reminders in either order, disconnecting Google Calendar also revokes access on Google's side, and editing long minutes is smoother.

• Long meetings turn into minutes noticeably faster. • You can now leave the processing screen and keep using the app. On Pro and above, start your next meeting right away. • A phone call no longer interrupts a recording silently. Recording resumes on its own, and you are told if something is wrong. • If part of the audio could not be uploaded, the minutes now say so instead of quietly leaving it out. • Editing your minutes no longer resets the state of your tasks, and due dates you set by hand now reach Apple Reminders. • You can restore the previous version of your minutes after regenerating them. • Extra minutes you buy are now credited to your Cloud account reliably. • The Microsoft calendar connection no longer drops after a temporary server error. • Minutes sent by email are readable in dark mode, and the Lock Screen recording label follows the language you chose in the app.

Cloud Plus: take a photo of the slide, the spreadsheet or the whiteboard while recording. The minutes now include what was shown, not only what was said. Photos stay with the meeting in their own tab. Exported minutes now include a small footer with a link to Vertex Meet, so the people you send minutes to can find the app. Paid plans can turn it off in Settings. After your third set of minutes you will see an invitation to share Vertex Meet with a colleague: they get 30 days free, and so do you. Section headings in exported minutes now follow the language of the minutes. Word exports have a proper footer too.

• Cloud sign-in now stays valid — no more unexpected "authentication required" errors after a few months • If your Cloud session does expire, the app offers a one-tap sign-in and continues the protocol from where it left off • Clearer Cloud Plus promo while a protocol is being processed: real-time transcription applies from your next meeting

• While a protocol is being generated, the app now tells you how much audio is being processed and roughly how long it takes • Fixed numbering of the agenda list in e-mailed protocols

Critical stability fix for long meetings: • Fixed a bug where iOS could terminate the app during a long recording with the screen locked — background power use is now minimal • If a recording is ever interrupted unexpectedly, the audio is preserved and the app now offers to recover it and generate the protocol

Polish based on user feedback: • A participant coming from a calendar invite both by name and by e-mail no longer appears twice in the protocol — and deleting a participant removes exactly the row you chose • "Replace everywhere" keeps your place — the cursor no longer jumps to the end of the text • Moving the cursor with the magnifier inside a text field no longer triggers swipe-to-delete on that row

Fix the protocol right where you read it — no separate editing view needed. • Long-press an agenda item, decision or task to edit its text in place, or swipe left to delete it • A pencil on every section opens the whole block for editing at once • Add new agenda items, decisions, steps and participants directly in the protocol • Set or change a task's due date with a long press — Today, Tomorrow, in a week, or pick a date • Participants imported as an e-mail address get their real name — add it yourself or the AI finds it from the conversation

Google Calendar connection is now verified by Google — the "unverified app" warning screen is gone. • Continuing a recording is about twice as fast — the protocol no longer reprocesses text it has already cleaned • Cloud Plus: speech is cleaned up during the meeting, so the protocol is ready sooner after you stop • Participants from a calendar event now always reach the protocol, including live recordings • Clearer guidance when connecting Google Calendar — both permissions are required

Bug fix: • Meetings started from a calendar event now reliably get the calendar title and attendee list in the minutes
