BTI 앱은 차량에 설치된 전용 기기와 스마트폰을 블루투스로 연결하여 트렁크를 보다 편리하게 열 수 있도록 도와주는 전용 앱입니다.
사용자가 스마트폰을 소지한 상태로 차량 트렁크 근처에 접근하면, 차량에 설치된 BTI 기기와 앱이 블루투스로 연결됩니다. 연결이 완료되면 트렁크 아래쪽에 레이저 표시등이 켜지고, 사용자가 표시된 위치에 발을 가까이 대면 트렁크를 열 수 있습니다.
앱에서는 BTI 기기 검색, 블루투스 연결, 연결 비밀번호 입력, 감지 거리 설정 등을 진행할 수 있습니다. 감지 거리는 사용 환경에 따라 멀리, 중간, 가까이 단계로 조정할 수 있어 차량 주변 환경이나 사용자 선호도에 맞게 설정할 수 있습니다.
BTI 앱은 양손에 짐을 들고 있거나 차량 키를 직접 조작하기 어려운 상황에서도 더욱 편리하게 트렁크를 사용할 수 있도록 지원합니다.
