Earshots 2.1 adds the Follow-Up Ledger: a local meeting brief that groups decisions, action items, risks, and questions, then links them back to transcript timing where available. Action extraction was also tightened so questions and decisions are no longer over-counted as to-dos, and the detail UI now puts the meeting brief before the transcript timeline.

Earshot 1.1 — What's New Export your meetings Save any recording as a Markdown (.md) or plain text (.txt) file using the Mac save panel. Use the share button in the recording header, or right-click any recording in the sidebar. Copy to clipboard in one click — ready for Obsidian, Notion, Bear, or any notes app. Exports include the title, date, duration, participants, summary, action items, notes, and full transcript. Meeting statistics Click the chart icon in any recording to reveal an on-device statistics panel: total word count, unique word count, vocabulary richness percentage, estimated reading time, estimated speaking time, sentence count, average words per sentence, and a count of questions, decisions, and action items extracted from the transcript. Context tags Add tags to any recording — type them in the Tags field and press Return (commas separate multiple tags). Tags appear as chips on each recording in the sidebar. A tag filter bar at the top of the sidebar lets you narrow the list to recordings matching one or more tags. Useful for organising by project, client, meeting type, or any label that matters to you. Participants field The Participants field is now surfaced directly in every recording's detail view. Add names for your records and they are included in any export.
