Trying them out and watching them in the preview is free, exporting needs Pro. - Automatic framing: when a clip's aspect ratio doesn't match your output format, the app picks the visible crop for you – and follows movement within a shot. With several people in frame, the one in front is chosen. - New "Strict Timeline" mode: clips play through in order, screen time shared out in proportion to each clip's length. - No more repeated moments in the same mix. - Transition length follows your cut speed – slower cuts get longer transitions, with no extra setting. - Rotate clips: videos reporting the wrong orientation ended up sideways in the mix. You can now rotate in 90° steps in the clip editor. - Photos the right way up – portrait images could end up rotated in the video when added. - 4K exports noticeably sharper – bitrate now scales with the resolution instead of a fixed ceiling. - Exports run twice as fast. - More natural colour: HDR footage is now converted correctly on export instead of looking flat. - More reliable exports with overlays, transitions take effect immediately after switching off Strict Timeline, and various smaller fixes.
