南山菊把杭白、贡菊等八种菊花茶的「产地—四步冲泡—品鉴回写—外链循证」串成一条离线动线。冲泡实验室拆成四张独立分步图，水温和浸泡时间滑杆调好后可一键写入品鉴手账；每段健康解读固定带可点开的 https 资料来源与非医疗免责。
• 八种产地卡片：杭白菊、徽州贡菊、昆仑雪菊、黄山贡菊、滁菊、胎菊、野菊、七月菊，附采摘季节与茶汤气质。
• 四步冲泡实验室：温器—投菊—注水—焖泡，每步独立大图配 70–95℃ 水温滑杆与 30–180 秒计时滑杆，一键写入手账。
• 品鉴手账：本地 Core Data 持久化标题、浓淡、水温、浸泡秒数、备忘与时间戳，支持收藏与全文检索。
• 循证导读：从「清热明目」等传统说法切入，文末固定列出可点击的外部 https 来源；「资料馆」聚合所有出处便于复查。
• 山居概览：当季菊事提示、推荐文章入口与一键资料馆。
全部数据离线就绪：菊种图鉴、冲泡配方、循证文章随 App 打包；手账写设备 Core Data；意见反馈以本地 JSONL 追加保存，v1 不依赖账号、广告与自建后端。
设置内提供「意见反馈」表单，分类（建议 / 故障 / 数据问题 / 其他）、内容（≥6 字符）、可选邮箱与时间戳一并写入本地 JSONL。
