Loadex is the official mobile app for drivers working with the Loadex vehicle transport platform. Built for car-haulers, tow operators, and independent owner-operators, the app gives you everything needed to run a delivery from a single screen. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your assigned orders at a glance — filter by status (Assigned, Picked Up, Delivered) with pull-to-refresh and pagination. • Open an order to view pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, vehicle list, and full status history. • Download required documents (Bill of Lading, Inspection Forms, Order Documents) directly to your device. • Run digital pre-pickup and post-delivery inspections: – Capture photos with the camera or pick from gallery – Mark damage on a 3-view interactive vehicle map (left, top, right) – Record damage type, severity, and notes – Collect driver and customer signatures on screen – Submit the inspection — the system automatically generates a signed PDF • Update delivery status with one tap; GPS coordinates are attached for traceability. • Secure login with email/password plus SMS two-factor authentication.
