SHARE THE EVERYDAY
Invite your partner, family, or someone you help through private iCloud sharing. Choose view or edit access. An activity feed shows who marked a bill paid or checked an item off.
Different households keep separate binders. Choose All households to see clearly labeled items in one view. Joining someone’s binder keeps your existing personal records separate.
LESS TO REMEMBER, TOGETHER
Keep grocery lists, packing lists, and weekend plans in Together. Add as many items as you need, check them off, and see who helped. Save household notes with version history, so earlier details remain available. Add a date to any list or note to see it in Calendar, with an optional alert time. Mark reminders done, undo a tap, or remove an alert while keeping your note.

Week Ahead brings your upcoming obligations and household lists into a short check-in. Paste a grocery list in one go, reuse selected checked items without erasing their history, and pin the lists and notes you reach for most. Household widgets and Shortcuts help you get straight to what matters.

Each household includes 5 active bills, 2 active lists, and 2 active notes, with unlimited items per list. Sharing, activity, standard reminders, calendars, and exports are included.
Binder Pro adds unlimited bills, lists, and notes for the households you organize. One organizer’s subscription gives their household the extra room. Existing records stay accessible and editable if Pro ends; limits apply to new additions and restores.
Sharing requires iCloud accounts and supported Apple devices. Changes sync when iCloud is available. Activity records actions in Binder; it does not confirm bank payments. Each device must sync shared reminders and allow notifications to send their alerts.
Optional subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Apple Settings. Localized prices, any eligible trial, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
