As a content creator, I struggled to find a tool that was truly suitable for managing brand collaborations and tracking payments. Excel spreadsheets were too cumbersome, relying on notes led to missed details, and general-purpose accounting apps weren't designed to handle commercial deals, payment collection, contracts, or execution schedules. That’s why I developed Vela. Vela is a tool designed specifically for KOLs, KOCs, bloggers, and content creators to manage commercial deals, track income and payments, and organize client relationships. It helps you log every brand collaboration—tracking progress, payment status, contracts, invoices, and scheduling reminders—so you no longer have to rely on spreadsheets or memory to manage your deals. 【Key Features】 - Deal Management: Create records for brand collaborations, including brand name, deal value, contact person, execution dates, deadlines, and notes; - Status Tracking: Supports four statuses—Pending, In Progress, Completed, and Cancelled—giving you a clear overview of collaboration progress; - Income Statistics: View total income, received payments, and outstanding amounts in real-time; monthly trend charts help you visualize your income flow; - Contract & Invoice Management: Upload and preview contracts, invoices, and collaboration materials for easy retrieval, verification, and archiving; - Scheduling & Reminders: Log key dates such as shoots, store visits, livestreams, deliverables, and payment deadlines; local reminders help ensure you never miss a task or forget to follow up on a payment; - Collaboration Material Management: Centrally store chat screenshots, contracts, invoices, execution screenshots, and links for easy future access; - Data Export: Export data filtered by criteria like brand or contact person, or customize export fields to simplify bookkeeping and reconciliation; - Multi-device Sync: Data syncs to the cloud upon registration, ensuring no records are lost when switching phones; - Personalization: Features include Dark Mode, adjustable font sizes, keyboard themes, and dynamic weather backgrounds to tailor the experience to your preferences; 【Privacy Protection】 - Data Encryption: Supports Apple ID login with encrypted data storage; protect your privacy using Face ID or Touch ID; - Secure Storage: We place the utmost importance on user data security.
